Gerhard Deiters is specialised in data protection law since 2008. He has been providing comprehensive training in data protection law since 2010 and has played a leading role as a lawyer in various major projects in the field of data protection, for example in the creation of “Binding Corporate Rules” in an international group and in the implementation of the requirements of the GDPR in a large number of companies and public authorities. He is currently Chief Privacy Officer of the FUCHS Group and Data Protection Officer of KLEO Connect GmbH and GrapeCheck GmbH.
Dr. Lachenmann specialises in technology and data protection law, with a particular focus on international group data protection, project management, employee data protection and industry 4.0. With his industry focus on Digital Business/Marketing, Manufacturing Companies and Fashion, he primarily advises on data protection with an interface to technology law.
Dr Lüghausen mainly advises on data protection law and data law in connection with the commercial use of data. He supported numerous clients in the implementation and continuous improvement of processes for compliance with the GDPR. Due to the increasing importance of data protection and data rights, Dr Lüghausen has particular experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of data protection contracts with more than 80 order-processing agreements and contracts on joint responsibility.
Bernhard Haungs is a certified Data Protection Officer (GDDcert) and specializes in the operational implementation of data protection regulations and IT security in companies. He was the internal Data Protection Officer of an internationally operating industrial company for over 15 years and was responsible for the Europe-wide implementation of its data protection organization.
Verena Mevißen is managing director of BHO Consulting GmbH. She is mainly responsible for the office management and the leadership of the company. Verena Mevissen is studying law at the University of Cologne. Since then she has worked for the Institute for Air and Space Law at the University of Cologne and the law firm BHO Legal PartG mbB in Cologne, among others. At the latter law firm, she mainly worked in the field of corporate organisation.
